1. How much is delivery?

Ans: We have a number of different methods or deliveries for your convenience:

Singapore
  1. SmartPac (3-5 working days) - 0.0 kg – 3.0 kg - $6.00
  2. Courier Service (3-5 working days) - 0.0 kg – 10.0 kg - $8.00
  3. Express Shipping (1-2 working days) - 0.0 kg – 25.0 kg - $10.00
  4. Free Shipping (3-5 working days) - $70.00 and above 

International

2. How long does it take to receive a book ordered via the website?

Ans: Orders are processed within two business days. After shipping, your order will take about 0ne to two business days to be delivered if you are located in Singapore. For international shipping depending on which country your located your shipment may take between 3 - 7 days to arrive. 

3. Can you offer a specific day for when delivery will be made?

Ans: yes we can but only for deliveries that are in Singapore and by courier service.

4. Can I cancel and return my order?

Ans: Sure, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it by sending us an email via Info@nawabooks.com titled - Return Item, and provide us the order receipt number. For more information please read our Return Policy statements by clicking here. 

5. Which payment options are available to me? 

Ans: We are delighted to be able to accept PayPal payments. And for Singapore orders, we also accept bank transfers and PayLah! payment method. We do not accept orders paid for by cheque, postal order or proforma invoices.
